King Duncan murdered in the night!

The body of Duncan, King of Scotland was found in the early hours of the morning. He had a stab wound,and his blood was all over the crime scene.A dagger was found in the hand of his guard.The body was fresh when it was discovered and this showed that he was murdered the night before. The guard who held the dagger kept denying that he had killed the king but all evidence was pointed at him. The reason for the murder of the King was not known as the guard is uncooperative, according to sources. Nobody had seen the murder taking place which goes to show that it had been done under the cover of darkness, when everybody was deep in their sleep. There had been no signs of struggles and noises this would mean that the killer was rather professional. The reason why the guard had not escaped after the murder of Duncan was not known.The crime was a shock to everybody around him. Sad to say,there were no witnesses to the crime....

We interviewed some people to find out their reactions to Duncan's death.....

We have interviewed one of the Thanes,to find out his reaction:

My good sir, how are you today and most importantly and how do you feel about the death of King Duncan?

OH! I feel really fine today thank you for your concern. It was a very big shock to me. Nobody knew that his highness was going to be murdered! ( Spoken with a lot of anger ) He was a good king, Very honest and firm. His heart was with Scotland, and not anywhere else. Even as king, he was very humble, and the people respected him a lot. In my opinion , the only reason of his murder was that the guard was a spy or assassin from another country, and he was sent to kill our precious and wise King.",replied one of the thanes in anger. ( was a bit scared to speak to him afterwards )

We also interviewed members of his family, who was sobbing uncontrollably as we entered the room to interviewed them......

We are sorry to hear about the murder of King Duncan, but we want to hear your views...

Why must Duncan be murdered!! He was a good man. A family man. Even though there was war , He made us feel safe........he also spent time with the family, no matter how busy he was. For years he has ruled Scotland well, bringing it to greater heights. We all cannot bear to see him leave so early, he still had a lot to do as our King......."said his family, who was sobbing the whole time while we were interviewing them......

The last of which we interviewed were the people of Scotland....

He was a good king. One that always does his best for the country.All respected him as he is the one that protects us from being invaded. That guard who murdered him will come to no good end! "King Duncan will always be in the people's heart. My fellowman and I are wary of the next king. We hope that he will be as good as King Duncan and bring Scotland into greater glory.",said Balthazar , one of the villagers.

As we left the place, we could not help to think that the death of King of Scotland, Duncan has brought so much sadness and sorrow to its people. With the death of Duncan,it also brings a new king to the throne. King Duncan will forever be in the peoples hearts.....
